EC RACE FAIRINGS BLACK FIBRE
Natural fibre of volcanic lava has some unique features of its kind, vacuum processed in pressure tank and the possibility to create a 50% lighter components than fiberglass and 15% lighter than carbon fibre, very elastic, and not subject to cracks, very resistant in case of shocks and extremely easy to paint/coat without the need of base or grouts.To give an idea, here are some examples regarding the 2012 BMW S1000RR:
- The fiberglass fairing weighs 1 Kg while in Lavex Extreme weighs only 0.5 kg
- The fiberglass tub weighs 2 kgs while in Lavex Extreme weighs just 1 Kg
The result is that a complete fairing for a BMW S1000RR weighs only 3 kgs!
This material can be used in all the categories where carbon fibre is prohibited (like in stock category)
